The hostels at NICMAR house an eclectic mix of students who come from various backgrounds and all are special in their own way. We boarders enjoy a healthy relationship and feel at home. The hostels 1 & 2, which have double occupancy rooms, are based on the concept of LOW COST HOUSING and hence, highlights the philosophy of NICMAR, to imbibe ideas of creativity and innovation in construction. They have a capacity of 40 each. The courtyards that they include, is ideal for hosting various hostel functions like birthday parties etc. The security arrangements provided guarantees a safe and secure stay at NICMAR. The various amenities include solar water heaters, fire proofing, provisions for personal computers, first aid facility etc. The Hostel No. 3 is the single occupancy boys hostel which has a capacity 80 and has been a recent addition to the institute's campus.
