The PGP-Advanced Construction Management Program is designed to meet the challenges of rapid changes in our society. Students are continually exposed to scenarios that demand structuring of unstructured problems and proposing solutions to complex situations.
Projects growing in size and complexity are creating enormous need for professionally educated, Project Engineers and Managers capable of meeting the increasing demand in Engineering, Execution and Management of the multidisciplinary projects in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum and Chemical fields along with Telecom, Pharmaceutical, Automobile, Services and other sectors. PGP-Project Engineering and Management course aims at developing professional project managers with the skills to solve the multifaceted project management problems of all these business sectors.
The Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate Urban Infrastructure Management is the newest addition to the NICMAR academic programme portfolio. The inter-disciplinary PGP REUIM builds upon the concepts and methodologies of management, engineering, architecture, law, information technology, urban economics and behavioural sciences to combine theory with practice.
