Each campus is equipped with a library. the main library is at the Pune campus. This is a specialized library in construction management and the construction industry. It holds a collection of over 12,000 books, documents and reference material. Libraries subscribes to all major technical and professional journals relevant to the mainline work of the institute.

The library provides textbook services to students and research / reference support to faculty and scholar and useful information to construction enterprises. It is fully computerized and staffed by professionally qualified and computer proficient librarians and document lists.A system of common catalogue at Pune and Hyderabad is maintained and users can access all material at any location.
