School of Executive Education....
The Executive Education Programmes offered by NICMAR seek to upgrade the Managerial and Technical capabilities of Working Executives of Construction and Project Companies, Government and Semi-Government Departments and other related organizations engaged in Construction and Infrastructure Development, Real Estate Business, Project Management, Manufacturing and Services. The Executive Education Programmes are conducted through NICMAR School of Executive Education, Pune.
Company Based Programme (CBP)
In Company Training, the Company Based Programme (CBP) is offered to an Individual Company on its specific request and the curriculum is tailor-made to suit the need of the Beneficiary Organization.
The School is currently offering 18 Months Non-Residential EXECUTIVE POST-GRADUATE programme IN MANAGEMENT (E-PGDM) for the Company-Sponsored Working Executives. This is a unique programme based on the insight acquired from continuous interaction with the Construction and the Infrastructure Industry. For the last three years, NICMAR has been conducting this Programme for Reputed Organizations to enhance the Skill and Managerial Competencies of the Working Executives.
Management Development Programmes (MDP)
The Management Development Programmes are of short-duration, organized on specific topics. Working Executives can participate in them on payment of the prescribed fee. Alternatively, the Companies can send their participants in Group/s for Company Based Tailor-Made MDPs.
