A three month summer training programme gives an opportunity to the
students of first-year full time Post Graduate Programmes to apply
their classroom learning to real life situations in a company. The
students of NICMAR represents a diverse group in terms of academic
qualifications and work experience. The summer assignments are taken
up in the second week of April till end of June of every academic
year.
It is expected that the summer training would be beneficial to both,
the student as well as the company where he/she does his summer
training. The training also provides organizations an opportunity to
evaluate a student and consider him/her for prospective employment.
