Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers to the International Conference on the Future of the Built Environment (ICFBE 2026).
ICFBE 2026 provides a platform for researchers, academics, industry professionals, policymakers, consultants, entrepreneurs, and students to share innovative ideas, emerging technologies, and practical solutions for shaping a smart and sustainable built environment.

Each manuscript will normally be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
Evaluation criteria include: Relevance, Originality and Novelty, Technical Quality, Significance and Contribution, Quality of Presentation, Literature Review and References.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper during the conference.
ICFBE 2026 is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity and research ethics.
Submissions involving plagiarism, duplicate submission, data fabrication, falsification, or other forms of academic misconduct may be rejected at any stage of the review process.
All submissions to ICFBE 2026 will undergo editorial screening and double-blind peer review. Acceptance for presentation at the conference does not automatically guarantee publication in any proceedings volume or publication outlet.
Any publication opportunity associated with the conference will be subject to successful completion of the peer-review process, compliance with ethical and submission requirements, editorial evaluation, and final approval by the respective publisher.
