The Company Based Management Development Program (MDP) is offered to an individual organization on its specific request, and the curriculum is tailor made to meet the needs of the beneficiary organization.   • Induction and Orientation Program:

    The Induction and Orientation Program is jointly conducted for newly recruited professionals where the organization trains the minds of young professionals and ensures induction formalities, followed by the orientation.

  • Foundation Program:

    Foundation Program is meant for engineers/supervisors at operational level i.e bottom of the pyramid. The program provides relevant skills, knowledge, and competencies to the participants.

Dr. Sarbesh Mishra started his career with Power Management Institute (PMI), NTPC Ltd, Noida in 2001 as a Research Associate in a major research project. This gave him the direction to pursue his Ph.D in the field of Power Sector. He successfully defended his thesis in 2008, and was awarded with a Ph.D degree from PMI affiliated to Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Mishra’s previous experiences include a stint in University of Delhi as faculty member of commerce, and with the Indian Army run higher academic institution prior to joining NICMAR in 2007. His major interest areas in teaching are Financial Management Project finance, Project Management, Building Economics, Project Insurance, Financial and Cost Accounting. He has also published three books and nine cases.

a) Company Based Management Development Programme (MDP)
b) Open Enrolment Executive Development Programme (EDP).

Department would like to organize a training programme for their employees, they should register for the MDP after pressing the ‘Apply Now’ button. Any individual would like to pursue a long /short duration programme should register under ‘EDP’.

Mode of Delivery

The EDP Programmes are conducted using blended mode from Pune and Hyderabad and physical classes are held at Mumbai Center.

Admission Schedule

Enrolment for the long duration programmes takes place twice in a year i.e. month of April and October for all Centers Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad.
Admission process for the month of April starts from October to March,
and for the month of October, admission takes place between April to September.
Enrolment for the short duration programmes are announced separately.



Selection of participants is made by the selection committee. Those interested in admission to the programmes offered by the NICMAR Executive Education may apply online, pay fees and upload documents through our website. All specified documents must be submitted. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Documents required are:

a.) Secondary and Higher Secondary Certificates
b.) Graduation / Diploma Certificates
c.) Work Experience Certificates (only for long duration programmes)
d.) Passport Size Photograph

All Graduates must have minimum 24 months and the Diploma Holders with 60 months experience in the fields of projects/construction/QS/Reality/Facility Management may apply. The Diploma Holders shall undergo a Bridge Course to qualify to obtain the certificate. This eligibility is meant for long duration programmes only.

  • Graduates with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates with diploma and minimum 5years of relevant experience may contact the programme office for information on relevant programmes to upgrade their knowledge and skills


Fee Structure

For all Long Duration Proramme, the Fee is Rs.2,00,000/- plus 18% GST. For the Diploma Holders, they are required to pay additional Rs.20,000/- plus GST 18% for the Bridge Course.
