The Executive PG Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management from NICMAR University of Construction Studies (NUCS) addresses this gap by offering working professionals a structured route to enhance their knowledge, gain international exposure (FIDIC, SCL practices), and develop leadership capabilities in commercial and contractual functions.
The program prepares participants to take on higher responsibilities in contract administration, claims, dispute resolution, and commercial management, thereby contributing to more efficient, cost-effective, and dispute-free project delivery.
Program aims to equip working professionals with advanced skills, in quantity surveying, contract administration, claims management, and commercial risk control, while integrating digital tools and global best practices.
Through the E-PGD QSCM program you will achieve:
The Executive PG Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management program aims to equip professionals with advanced expertise in cost and value management, contract administration, and dispute resolution across national and international frameworks. It enhances commercial decision-making and risk management capabilities while integrating digital and global best practices. Participants will also develop strong leadership, negotiation, and ethical competencies essential for managing complex construction and infrastructure projects.
Factors which influence the construction project estimation such as scope of the project, time frame of a project, budgeted amount and risk level are studied in detail to arrive at the construction cost.
Contract creation, contract execution, cost monitoring, risk challenges in completing the contract within stipulate budget and time frame are discussed in detail.
