Prof. Aritra Halder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology and a postgraduate degree in Construction Technology and Management from IIT Delhi. He has extensive experience in Planning, Coordination, and Management of Complex Industrial Projects. He teaches courses in Construction & Project Management and allied disciplines. His research focuses on the linkage between risk, ethics, stakeholders and megaproject success.

Prof. Harish Reddy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate in Highway Engineering from Bangalore University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, USA. He has over 11 years of teaching experience and 4 years of industrial experience. He teaches courses in Highway Project Management, Project Planning and Control, and Software such as MSP, AutoCAD Civil3D, HDM-4, and Infraworks. His current research involves the improvement of urban intersections and road safety.

Prof. Deepak Sundrani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pune University followed by ME (Construction Management), followed by MBA(Marketing Management) from Pune University.  After that he did LLB. He completed his PhD in Marketing from Pune University. He has fifteen years of experience in Industry and 16 years in teaching. He teaches Marketing Management, Strategic Management and Project Procurement &Tendering

Abhijeet Sangapurkar is a Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Masters in Construction and Management from College Of Engineering, Pune and a proud Alumnus of NICMAR. With 19 years of teaching and close to 2 years of industrial experience, he engages subjects like Safety and Quality Management, Underground Structures and Construction practice workshop. With an acumen for teaching, he instils in his students the wherewithal for copious success.

Prof. Abhishek Shrivas holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, postgraduate degree in Construction Technology and Management and a PGDM from NICMAR, Pune, in Advanced Construction Management. He is currently pursuing his PhD from IIT-Guwahati. He has rich industrial experience in India and abroad. Having served industry for several years, he moved to teaching. He teaches courses in Project Planning/Control and Construction Contracts. His broad areas of research are Project Management and Contracts Management.

Bringing more than 20 years functional experience in projects and industrial marketing in various companies, including general management as profit-centre head. Now enjoying academics and teaching, through blending management theories with the hands-on experience.

Dr. Jonardan Koner, Professor and Dean- Placement & Industry Relations, at NICMAR University, Pune; 28 years’ experience in research, teaching and academic administration; Ph.D. Economics, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, UGC-NET (Economics), M.A. in Economics with specializations of Econometrics & Statistics, MBA (Finance); author/co-author / editor of 34 books; published 82 research papers, presented 89 research papers in conferences; done several research projects. Received NICMAR ‘Excellence in Research Award’ 2019 & 2018.

Dr Arjita Biswas is a doctorate in Civil Engineering. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering specialising in Construction & Management and is the Savitriba Phule Pune Univerity Topper for the same. She has a vast academic experience of 18 years at UG Engineering & PG Management level and 4 years of industrial experience. She teaches courses in Project Risk Management, Project Management, Inventory Management, Pavement Management, Quality Management and different Project Management Software. She is a Certified Risk Professional & has more than 25 publications in National/International journals & Conferences.

Dr. Hindavi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Walchand
College of Engineering, Sangli, a Postgraduate degree in Construction Technology and Management and a Doctoral degree in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (NIT), Nagpur. She possesses professional experience in the disciplines of Building Information
modeling, Sustainable Construction Methods, and Materials. She teaches courses such as Building Information Modeling and Construction Methods and Technology. Her research encompasses the application of information modeling in the design and development of affordable housing, energy-efficient buildings, sustainable building materials, etc.

Dr. Yuvraj Dilip Patil has bachelor’s degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Business Laws from Symbiosis Law School Pune. He has completed his Ph.D. in 2014 from Symbiosis International Deemed University under Law Discipline. He possesses 1 year of court experience and 13 years of teaching experience before joining NICMAR University Pune. 
He has participated and presented papers in Four State, Thirteen National & Six International Conferences. He has total 32 Research paper publications in his credit, out of which 12 research papers are published in UGC Care list journals and peer-reviewed journals.
He has secured awards in 2010 for Special Service Provided in German Bakery Blast, Pune (from Symbiosis Law School Pune and in 2013 “The most sincere, efficient and maximum output” on the occasion of teachers’ from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

Dr. Amit Hiray works as Dean, Student Welfare and Associate Professor at NICMAR University, Pune, India. He teaches Business Communication, Managerial Skills, Leadership, Construction Project Communications, Project Stakeholders and Communications Management, Communicative English and English Literature. His areas of research are Spiritual Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, Communications Management, Cross-cultural Communication, English Language Teaching (ELT), Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL), English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and English for Specific Purposes (ESP).

Dr. Deepak M.D. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from NIE, Mysore and a Postgraduate degree in Construction Engineering & Management from MIT, Manipal, and a Ph.D. degree in Construction Management from NIT Karnataka, Surathkal. He has professional experience in Project Planning, Coordination, and Site Execution. He teaches courses in Project Planning & Control, Construction Quality & Safety Management, and Microsoft Project. His research encompasses areas of project management, knowledge management, and digitalization’s impact on construction industry.

Amol D Pawar holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a post graduate degree in Construction Management from GCOE Karad Maharashtra. He has done his PhD in Civil Engineering from MANIT Bhopal. He engages courses in Construction Technology and Materials, Construction safety. His research areas include Construction materials and safety in construction.

After graduating from civil engineering, Dr. Tenepalli Jai Sai completed post-graduation in structural engineering. He defended his PhD in civil engineering at VIT-Vellore, India. He is a passionate teaching professional with more than 12 years of teaching experience. His research interest includes utilizing industrial waste in civil engineering applications. He believes in diversifying research and expanding expertise on special concretes like Ultra-high-performance cement composites, geopolymer concrete, 3D Concrete Printing, Lime stone calcined clay cement (LC3).

Dr. Abhijeet Gandage holds Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Pune, Postgraduate Degree in Construction Management from COEP and PhD from BITS Pilani. His area of expertise is Construction Techniques, Construction Safety, Construction Resource Management. He teaches course in Construction Methods and Technology, Construction Equipment Management and Construction Safety. His research primarily focuses on Concrete Technology, Pavement Materials and Construction Safety

Dr. Sachin Batra is an alumnus of NIT Warangal and MDI Gurgaon. He is a passionate researcher. He has written several research articles, case studies and conducted consulting assignments and MDPs with reputed organizations like Signature Global, Dnova Infracon, Bharti Airtel, Aircel, AON Hewitt, Jindal Steel and Power Ltd, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., Galaxy Hotel, and HR Anexi. His teaching and research interests include HR analytics, negotiation, spirituality, leadership, and well-being.

Dr. Sudhir Ambekar is an Associate Professor at the NICMAR Business School, NICMAR University, Pune, India. He is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. His research interests lie in the areas of Supply Chain Management, ICT Adoption, Sustainable Sourcing, Supply Chain Culture and Low Carbon Supply Chain. He has published his work in various scholarly peer-reviewed international journals. He teaches courses in operations management, and quantitative techniques.

Dr. Ashish Rastogi has earned his PhD in Management from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. He has been awarded JRF by UGC. He has varied experience of over a decade in Banking and Academics. He teaches courses in the domain of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. His research interests include issues and challenges of early career professionals, burnout and related constructs, and intellectual capital.

Dr. Kirti Rajhans has overall twenty-four years of work experience including academics and industry. She has worked in various academic administration roles during her career. She teaches courses in the area of Project Communication Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, Leadership and Managerial Skills. Her key areas of research expertise are- Project Communication Management, HRM in Construction, Leadership, Sustainability, Indian Ethos, Organizational Culture etc. She holds Ph.D. and has done post-graduation in Human Resource Management and English.

Dr. Arpita Mathur is a PhD from IIM Calcutta. She holds two Master’s degrees in Sociology and Criminology. She teaches course in Organizational Behaviour, Managerial Skills, Communication, Sociology, Psychology and Self-development. Her research interests include corruption research, gender studies, post-colonialism, sustainability.

Dr. Samanta holds a Bachelor’s and Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from Berhampur University, Odisha.  He is a Ph.D. in Commerce and D.Litt. in Business and Management. He possesses professional experience in the area of Finance, Accounting and Infrastructure Management. His research interest includes, Project Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions, JV and PPP and Family Business.  Dr. Samanta has published more than 60 research papers in various journals of repute.

Dr. Shobha Ramalingam graduated in Architecture from NIT Tiruchirappalli (formerly RECT) and subsequently earned an M.Tech in Building Technology and Construction Management and a PhD in Construction Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. During the initial years of her career, Dr.Ramalingam practiced as an architect and interior designer in India and abroad. After a short stint in the industry, she pursued academics. Dr. Ramalingam’s broad areas of teaching and research include: Sustainability, Green Construction, Energy Efficient Buildings, Lean Project Delivery, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Project Management. Dr. Ramalingam chaired the Indian Lean Construction Conference (ILCC) in 2019 and is currently serving as Associate Professor and Dean – School of Energy and Environment at NICMAR University, Pune.

Dr. Priya Vivek Deshpande is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of Statistics. She holds a PhD in Statistics from Sant Gadgebaba Amaravati university, Amaravati in Statistical forecasting.
Her research interests include the Operation Research, Statistical modelling, Forecasting, Machine learning and Biostatistics.
She has taught courses such as Probability and Combinatorics, Optimization Techniques, Discrete Mathematics, Linear models, Design of Experiments, Statistical computing, Research methodology and Biostatistics.

Dr. Trupti Manish Rathi is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of Business Laws. Prof. Sreelakshmi is pursuing her PhD in Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Her research topic is ‘Understanding the organizational change with regards to BIM in construction’ where she utilizes organizational theory to explain the phenomenon. She completed her MTech in Construction Engineering and Management from SRM University as the rank holder.

Prof. Sumit R. Patil is a distinguished academician in the field of Civil Engineering. He holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from MIT, Pune in Construction and Management and is currently pursuing Ph.D. from MIT World Peace University, Pune in disaster management domain.
His research interests include the valorisation of use of waste in concrete, disaster management, risk management, quantity surveying and construction management.
He has taught courses such as Building Services, Quantity Surveying, Concrete Technology, IKS, Building Technology and Materials.

Dr. Singh has completed his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) with research focus on Decision Support System for site layout planning using digital technology. As an IoE-Post Doctoral Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, he has worked on projects focusing at generative design based optioneering for industrial projects, open-source digital pipeline for knowledge management in AEC organisation, fire safety and evacuation planning of high-rise buildings. Dr. B. Sudheer Kumar Reddy is an academician and researcher in the domains of Construction Management, Sustainable Building Materials, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. He has earned his Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur.
He has taught subjects such as Construction Engineering and Management, Basics of Entrepreneurship, Structural Analysis, Reinforced Concrete Design, Site Administration & Control, Collaborations & PPP in Construction, and Construction Methods & Technology etc.

Dr. Kumbhar holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate degree in M Tech Civil- Environmental Engineering from WCE, Sangli. He has completed Ph D in Nutrient Management in Warana River Basin: A case study of Nitrate, MS India from IIT Bombay. His impactful insights include compelling case studies on topics such as Solid Waste Management and Water & Wastewater Treatment. Dr. Kumbhar worked as Head of Civil Engineering Department at Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Rajaramnagar and total 14 years teaching experience. He was Institute coordinator of UBA , MoE, India and adopted five villages from Sangli district. Under UBA he has implemented 30 projects in the adopted villages for rural upliftment. Dr. Anil Agarwal is currently working as a Professor and Dean of Academics, at NICMAR University Pune. He has been working with NICMAR since 1999 and has twice been awarded the NICMAR ‘Teaching Excellence. He was instrumental in the institute development and played a key role in the formation of NICMAR University. He has designed, developed, and conducted Management Development Programs for construction corporations in the Construction Quality Management, and Project Management areas.

He is an active member of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for Construction Management Sectional Committee CED-29 for framing and updating IS codes, he is a member of BoS of a number of institutes. He has completed several sponsored research works and has published more than 50 papers/cases at National/ International conferences, seminars, journals and magazines.

Prof. Prahlad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Marine Structures from NIT Karnataka Surathkal. He has a 4 years of industry experience along with the 11 years of teaching. His areas of interest include: Marine construction operations, Cost Engineering, and Data Analytics. He teaches courses such as Procurement and Tendering, Site Administration and Control, Engineering specifications and cost buildup.

Dr. Raghavendra Kumar Raya is an academician and researcher in the domain of Civil Engineering. He pursued his doctoral study with a specialisation in Construction Management at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (Rajasthan).

His research interests include Building Information Modelling, Infrastructure Planning and Management, Rainwater Harvesting and Energy Efficient Buildings. Jeetu Soneji is a faculty associated with School of Construction. He has prior an industry experience in area of Project Planning, Coordination and Strategic Planning. He currently teaches subjects Site Administration and Control and Project Management. His research interests are Resilience in Construction Projects and Digitalization in Construction.

Dr. Nilesh Patil is an academician with two decades of teaching and research experience in the field of Construction Technology and Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Construction and Management from COE Pune, and a doctorate in Civil Engineering from IIT Guwahati. His core competencies are in the areas of PPPs in Infrastructure Development, Value Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure, Quality Management, Project Scheduling, and Lean Construction.

Professor Gokhale holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, postgraduate degree in Foundation Engineering from Goa University and PhD degree from IIT Delhi. He possesses over 39 years of professional experience in the disciplines of Foundation Engineering, Port Engineering, Construction Technology and Structural Engineering. He teaches courses in Conventional and Pre-Engineered Structures, Construction Material and Technology, Ground Improvement and Foundation Engineering, Port Engineering and Construction.

Dr. Mohammed Rihan Maaze is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of Civil Engineering. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur in Structural Engineering.
His research interests includes the valorisation of construction and demolition waste, geopolymer concrete, the design and development of bricks, life cycle assessment and sustainability, non-linear analysis of structures, and structural health monitoring.
He has taught courses such as Strength of Materials, Structural Analysis, Design of RC Structures, Design of Steel Structures, Earthquake Engineering, and Concrete Technology.

Dr. Srividhya Raju Sridharan holds a doctorate in corporate finance. She is a certified chartered accountant, cost and management accountant. She has over 2 decades of experience in both the corporate as well as academic worlds. She teaches courses in accounting, finance, taxation and financial systems.

I have been teaching both UG and PG students for the past 28 years. Have very good command of subject across various domains related to civil engineering. I love to motivate students to learn several new things that help them secure their career and future. Civil Engineering Infrastructure development, management and Operations are my favourite subjects.

Prof. Jain specializes in teaching various subjects such as Information Systems, Analytics and Machine Learning, Data Visualization, Project Management Software, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Prof. Jain has an impressive professional history, having served in esteemed institutions such as Delhi Transco Ltd., a government organization under the Government of NCT of Delhi, and NMIMS University in Mumbai. With a passion for research, Dr. Jain has published over 50 papers in various national and international journals/conferences, earning him significant recognition in the academic community. He has also demonstrated his expertise by reviewing numerous Journals papers and being awarded certificates of Excellence for his insightful evaluations. Prof. Jain actively engages in various roles and responsibilities within his field, including being a coordinator for MDPs (Management Development Programs), Thesis Coordinator, Seminar Coordinator, and actively participating as an organizing member in international conferences. Additionally, he acts as an NICMAR University Coordinator for External Industry Collaboration, fostering collaboration between academia and industry.
