  • Project Seminar

    The objective of the project seminar is to develop a broad understanding of the classroom concepts, along with providing to students an opportunity for experiential learning and analyzing business situations and provide solutions.

  • Summer Internship

    The main purpose of this course is to train students in specific domains of management such as finance, human resources, marketing, operations, infra etc. As part of on-the-job training, students are also expected to perform certain regular duties as may be felt fit by the respective organisation.

  • Strategic Management

    The course prepares students to apply the fundamental concepts of Strategic Management in organizations while assuming leadership roles as per the industry expectations.

Dr. Srividhya Sridharan
CA, CMA

With a doctorate in corporate finance, Srividhya is a certified chartered accountant, cost and management accountant. She has over 2 decades of experience in both the corporate as well as academic worlds. She is a two-time winner of the teaching excellence award, and firmly believes in the immense potential of every student to excel academically and professionally.

At NICMAR alongside the MBA program, she handles activities across the Alumni and Social Media verticals, and takes on lectures in management accounting, project finance and taxation. She has also undertaken consultancies in many feasibility studies. Her research interests include firm performance, life cycle studies, and cost benefit analysis. She is an avid reader and loves classic literature and fantasy.

Admission Requirements

  • Students with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution or university are eligible for this program. They are required to have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks at graduation level.
  • This program is also open to students who are in their final year of graduation. However, they must have completed their graduation before the commencement of this program.
  • Applications received are evaluated and eligibility is established on the basis of the documents submitted. Eligible students are invited to appear for the selection procedure, which comprises Post Graduate NICMAR Common Admission Test (PG-NCAT), Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA).
