His research interests include self-healing concrete, concrete technology advancements, and alternative building materials. His research has been published journals / conferences of repute. He has coordinated multiple programs, workshops, established labs, & led accreditation activities.

Dr. Nilesh Patil is an academician with two decades of teaching and research experience in the field of Construction Technology and Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Construction and Management from COE Pune, and a doctorate in Civil Engineering from IIT Guwahati. His core competencies are in the areas of PPPs in Infrastructure Development, Value Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure, Quality Management, Project Scheduling, and Lean Construction.

Professor Gokhale holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, postgraduate degree in Foundation Engineering from Goa University and PhD degree from IIT Delhi. He possesses over 39 years of professional experience in the disciplines of Foundation Engineering, Port Engineering, Construction Technology and Structural Engineering. He teaches courses in Conventional and Pre-Engineered Structures, Construction Material and Technology, Ground Improvement and Foundation Engineering, Port Engineering and Construction.

Dr. Kiran Bhaskar is an accomplished academic and experienced structural engineer. He earned his PhD in Civil Engineering from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore University. His research interests are cantered on Material Science, Structural Steel, and Sustainable Construction.
Dr. Bhaskar has taught a diverse array of subjects throughout his career, including Mechanics of Materials, Structural Analysis, Reinforced Concrete Design, Structural Steel Design, Prestressed Concrete Design, Building Information modelling for Structural Engineers, Design of Industrial Structures.

Dr. Dinesh Aswar is doctorate in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.  He is a dedicated academician and researcher with over 20 years of experience. His research areas including RS and GIS Applications, Geotechnical and Transportation Engineering. He has over 25 publications in national and international journals and conferences.  Driven by a profound commitment to academic excellence, he is passionate about teaching and is dedicated to enhancing the learning experiences of students.

Dr. Jyotish N P Singh is a highly experienced educator with 13 years of teaching at the institute of eminence level, specializing in mathematics at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. With a Ph.D. in Operational Research and an MSc in Operational Research from the University of Delhi, along with an MSc in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Dr. Singh has a robust academic background. Dr. Singh has also published several papers in the field of software reliability, contributing valuable insights to the academic community. Dr. Singh has been committed to delivering rigorous and engaging courses, guiding students through complex mathematical concepts and their practical applications.

Dr. Mohammed Rihan Maaze is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of Civil Engineering. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur in Structural Engineering.
His research interests includes the valorisation of construction and demolition waste, geopolymer concrete, the design and development of bricks, life cycle assessment and sustainability, non-linear analysis of structures, and structural health monitoring.
He has taught courses such as Strength of Materials, Structural Analysis, Design of RC Structures, Design of Steel Structures, Earthquake Engineering, and Concrete Technology.

A seasoned professional with a diverse background, she is an
academician, consultant, and researcher in Civil Engineering with
over 22 years of professional experience. She holds a doctorate in
Civil Engineering, specializing in Lean and Sustainable
Construction. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil
Engineering, a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, and a
Postgraduate Diploma in Operations Management.
Her extensive experience spans teaching, industry, and consulting.
Throughout her academic career, she has been actively involved in
training, assessment, and evaluation at both undergraduate and
postgraduate levels. Her areas of interest include Sustainability
assessment, Lean and sustainability integration, Green building,
Process improvement, and Quality management.
She is passionate about aligning education with the evolving needs
of the industry and is eager to contribute to the collaboration
between academia and industry.

Jeetu Soneji is a faculty associated with School of Construction. He has prior an industry experience in area of Project Planning, Coordination and Strategic Planning. He currently teaches subjects Site Administration and Control and Project Management. His research interests are Resilience in Construction Projects and Digitalization in Construction.
