While MBA ACM focuses on the planning and execution of construction projects, MBA REUIM goes a step further by encompassing the entire lifecycle of real estate and infrastructure projects. The program also covers critical concepts around market demand, project formulation, business strategies, and many more, which are not the same as those in MBA ACM.
To some extent. You see, M.Plan Housing primarily focuses on core concepts of housing supply and demand, which are covered in MBA REUIM as well. However, you won’t find commercial, retail, and hospitality areas in the former. These areas are integral to the field of urban infrastructure, which MBA REUIM is majorly composed of.
Furthermore, you will not find statutory planning techniques for housing or land under this program either, as they’re incorporated only in the M.Plan program.
As an individual holding a bachelor’s degree, you have already acquired a fair amount of technical knowledge of the field. MBA REUIM simply builds on that by adding the broader knowledge and skills of business management, real estate markets, projects, and urban infrastructure service delivery.
