FAQs

  • How is MBA REUIM different from MBA ACM?

While MBA ACM focuses on the planning and execution of construction projects, MBA REUIM goes a step further by encompassing the entire lifecycle of real estate and infrastructure projects. The program also covers critical concepts around market demand, project formulation, business strategies, and many more, which are not the same as those in MBA ACM.

  • Is MBA REUIM more like M.Plan Housing?

MBA REUIM curriculum is industry-oriented, covering project-based aspects, while the M.Plan Housing curriculum is oriented to policies and programmes. In addition, MBA REUIM covers other real estate asset classes such as commercial, retail, hospitality etc. As an MBA programme, typical aspects of business management in real estate and project management are emphasised.

  • What role does my bachelor’s degree play in generating substantial outcomes from the MBA REUIM program?

As an individual holding a bachelor’s degree, you have already acquired a fair amount of technical knowledge of the field. MBA REUIM simply builds on that by adding the broader knowledge and skills of business management, real estate markets, projects, and urban infrastructure service delivery.

Simply put, a postgraduate degree in MBA REUIM will do a phenomenal job of complementing the competencies you gained as a bachelor.
