Are you a top ranker? You can request for NUCS Top Rankers' Scholarship(2024-2025) based on your marks in class 10th, 12th/Diploma, and Graduation at the time of filling the application form for admission.
Once you submit your mark sheets, you will receive confirmation after we verify your academic records.

How to apply
Once you’re ready to take the leap, you can apply for admission to NICMAR University of Construction Studies. To apply online, simply pay the application fees and upload your documents.
Make sure to enter all information correctly and upload all specified documents, and you’re good to go.
When to apply
We recommend that you start planning your academic journey with us at least a month before the application deadline.
The dates on the right-hand side will guide you on the last dates of submission for the MBA/PGD programmes, and also the dates on which our group discussions and personal interviews are held.

Important Note: Admission process(GD/PI) will be conducted online and the detailed Information will be shared with the applicants.
Note:
i. Valid scores of the aspirants appearing for CUET PG / State-CET / CAT / XAT / MAT / NMAT / GRE / GMAT / ATMA will be
considered as an alternative for PG-NCAT (Written Test) for MBA & PGD programmes. Scores of GATE (for the M.Tech
programmes) will be considered as an alternative for PG-NCAT (Written Test).
ii. For candidates appearing in NCAT & other additional entrance exams (as mentioned above), the highest score among
such exams will be considered for final merit.

NICMAR awards the 'Gold Medal' to the student securing the highest marks among all graduating students of the institute’s full time two year Post Graduate Programmes.
NICMAR – Institute Silver Medal Award:
NICMAR awards the ‘institute Silver Medal” (Programme wise) for securing the highest marks among all graduating students.
NICMAR – Prof K Chandrasekar Rao (KCS Rao) and Smt Parvati Memorial Scholarship :
NICMAR awards Prof KCS Rao and Smt Parvati Memorial Scholarship to the top two students of ACM in the order of merit every year.
NICMAR offers “NICMAR Top Rankers’ Scholarship” to the students willing to pursue the full time PG programmes.. The Institute also offers NICMAR Merit Scholarship” to the full time PGP students. Students will be eligible for only one award/scholarship for a particular academic semester.
