Semester 2

The second semester focuses on delivering technical insights into the environmental sector, which play a key role in the day-to-day affairs of government and private entities. It also ensures academic flexibility by offering 2 program electives, 1 general elective and 1 domain elective of their choice from the given list.

Semester 3

Raising the bar of technical competencies, this semester offers a rigorous insight into the highly technical areas, such as legal aspects of environmental management, remote sensing, and environmental auditing. Additionally, it introduces you to project work that helps the students fully comprehend the methods and approaches used for the independent project study. Project work offers an opportunity for the students to find solutions to real-life challenges through a blend of doctrinal and empirical research.

Semester 4

Academic flexibility and diversity are taken to their peak this semester, as it offers six elective courses, which students will select from a broad range of electives offered.

Dr. Vikrant Yadav, Program Director, MBA EEM

The accolades of Dr. Vikrant Yadav have made him the leader of MBA EEM, NICMAR Hyderabad. He has done a Ph.D. in International Commercial Arbitration from Pune University and has an experience of over eight years in the education sector. Dr. Vikrant has been a part of several renowned education institutions like Modern Law College, Pune, Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune, and Government Law College, Mumbai. Moreover, he has written and published more than 40 research papers, three books, and a chapter of another book.

Currently, Dr. Vikrant is a member of YIAG, London Court of International Arbitration, Young ICCA (International Council for Commercial Arbitration), and Young MCIA (Mumbai Center for International Arbitration).

  • Graduates with a minimum percentage of 60% (55% for the candidates from SC/ST/OBC/PwD category) are eligible for this program.
