This program combines General Core (management subjects), Programme Core (domain subjects) and Ability Enhancement (soft skills and software) courses, and gives you a holistic understanding of core concepts and application-oriented learning for business success.
The curriculum is organised into two semesters. The students are exposed to a variety of theory courses as well as tutorials and practicals for hands-on training. The student will have to earn 40 credits to complete the PGD Program.
The courses are divided into two categories such as General Core (GC) and Program Core (PC). Besides, there are Mandatory, Massive Online Open Courses (MOOC) and Self-Learning courses as part of the curriculum to inculcate the habit of life-long learning.
Typically, a full course is of two credits, and involves 28 hours of teaching. The courses may also sometimes be of three or four credits depending on the content. The courses may have tutorial/practical components for hands-on training.

The course objective is to provide students with a holistic understanding of BIM as a process. Further, make students proficient in building modelling, coordination, and collaboration aspects using various BIM-based tools.

The course to be pursued from a MOOCS portal (approved by the programme office) will help students understand the applicability of Public Private Partnership in Infrastructure and related projects.
