India’s real estate sector is on the brink of unprecedented growth. As per CREDAI, by 2030, we will need over 7 crore additional housing units, with more than 80% priced above ₹45 lakhs. This scenario presents a rare opportunity for the industry to deliver innovative, sustainable, and affordable housing solutions. It also demands skilled professionals who can integrate sustainability with commercial viability.

At the School of Real Estate, NICMAR University Pune, we are committed to preparing such professionals. Our MBA in Real Estate Management combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, covering areas such as real estate project formulation, project management and control, property valuation, and corporate real estate. We regularly collaborate with Board of Studies members and industry experts to ensure our curriculum reflects current trends and future needs.

We also provide global exposure through our partnership with the Burns School of Real Estate, University of Denver, USA, offering the Joint International Study Tour to the UAE and the Joint Academic Immersion Program in Global Real Estate—both highly valued by our students.

Holistic development is at the heart of our approach. Beyond academic excellence, we focus on building communication skills, professional conduct, and ethical leadership. Through industry collaborations, seminars, webinars, and outreach programs, we promote diversity, inclusivity, and direct industry engagement.

Looking ahead, technologies such as IoT, AI, and digital twins will transform asset and facilities management, enabling real-time monitoring and smarter decision-making. We are preparing our students to lead in this technology-driven future.

To aspiring professionals: join us to learn from an experienced and diverse faculty, benefit from technology-enabled learning, and engage with a curriculum that champions innovation, sustainability, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
