Dr. Prashant Dave is a highly self-driven and successful HigherEd Administrator with almost two decades of experience driving successful university administration and governance. He possesses relevant knowledge and experience that allows him to contribute towards furthering the success of the university.

His expertise lies in driving university development efforts based on sound business principles, staff development, and leadership to expand and achieve organizational goals. Through his experience, he has become adept at overseeing a wide variety of operational and regulatory responsibilities to ensure optimal performance and enhancements.

Dr. Dave’s additional success in managing and mentoring teams positions him to make a significant contribution to our university. He is hands-on with respect to drafting policies and standard operating procedures that govern universities. He has vast experience liaising with various statutory and regulatory bodies such as UGC, AICTE, BCI, PCI, CoA, etc. along with rating, ranking, and accrediting agencies such as AACSB, QS, NAAC, NIRF, and web/print media surveys.

Dr. Dave is an expert in conceptualizing strategic initiatives to propel the achievement of university goals, streamline operations, and maximize staff performance, directing human resources, performance management, budget administration, and staff mentoring and leadership. His ability to bring about consistent improvements in organizational profitability, efficiency, and performance through effective problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities makes him an ideal Registrar serving NICMAR University to the best of his abilities with outstanding management style and commitment to unparalleled student and staff service.

Dr. Dave holds a PhD in Computer Application and is a strong proponent of strengthening university governance using technology-embedded systems and processes.

The Examination Department is mainly deal with the appointment of paper setters, Examiners, Moderators, senior supervisors, preparation and publication of schedule of examinations, conduct of examinations, to get performance of the candidates at the examinations properly assessed and timely declaration of results and awarding degrees, diplomas and certificates. For the purpose of simplification, smooth and easier functioning of the Examination department following technology-based methods are adopted.

i. Facility to conduct Proctor based objective type exam in online mode on campus/ off campus.
ii. Technology enabled Digital Evaluation for reliable & faster assessment with no answer unchecked and no issues of totaling.
iii. Use of QR code for blind assessment of answer sheets by the evaluators.
iv. Result Processing with utmost accuracy and efficiency.
v. Conduction of an open house for transparency and accountability-The students can view the assessed answer sheets online and compare with the model answers and/or the scheme of marking provided by the course teacher.
vi. Students Grade Cards & Passing Certificates with many security features.
vii. Audit of question papers / question banks to ensure the quality of question papers.
viii. The grievance redressal mechanism to take care of the students’ grievances related to the examination/result.

Mr. Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Commerce Graduate with over 12 years of rich professional experience in finance, accounting, audits, statutory compliance, and financial management. He is working as an I/C Chief Accounts and Finance Officer (CAFO) at NICMAR University, Pune.
He has worked with reputed organizations across corporate, public sector, and consulting domains. His previous assignments include senior finance roles with Jaypee Hotels Ltd., Jabalpur Smart City Limited (as Chief Finance Officer), Crompton Greaves Ltd., Infosys Ltd., and Prism Cement Ltd. He has also been associated with professional practice, handling regulatory and compliance matters.
His core areas of expertise include financial planning and budgeting, MIS reporting, statutory and internal audits, Ind AS financial statements, taxation (GST, TDS), internal controls, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities. He has hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, and BPC systems, and has supported senior management in strategic financial decision-making.
